I I can only go off my own experience and so far I'm batting a .1000 with active auto. I bought a 99 Chevy Malibu back in 2011 and it ran great for 4 years but then I had a seizure and lost my license for a year and I let the car sit and it went downhill from there. So who knows how long that old car would have lasted if I would have taken care of it. This time I bought a Chrysler Pacifica and it runs like new but the one problem was the air conditioning wasn't working very well and when I brought it to them they didn't try to deny nor tried to fight it. They gave me a slip to get it checked out. So far from me they seem like honest people and they have nice vehicles.

I purchase a Camry, it looks so good on the lot detail and shinny, then 1 month later the front breaks start squealing, I took it back and they said to take it some were to have it check, I did and the front pads needed replaced which I had to pay for, second the car started to ride real ruff in the back, I took it back to there mechanic and he charge me $200 more dollars, now there is a noise coming from the front and I will let a mechanic look at it again. I only had the car for 3 months and all ready it has been in the shop 3 times, I will recommend any one not to buy a car off there lot, most of the cars come from trade ins from new car dealers that they can not sell, these guys get them,shine them up do a little touch up and sell them at top price, so if you are standing in front of there lot, you better think three times before you drive out with something because there are troubles ahead, do not be a victim of a bad product,
