Ace received my payment from my insurance company and they payed me my money, but it took them at least four months and three installments. I would never use them again they are very unprofessional.

This place is a licensed scam operation. You will be treated like trash AFTER you sign the contract. They do not do anything regarding your best interest. Consumer service is condescending and artificial.

I would not recommend this company. they never return calls, do not keep in touch with you about checks received, terrible to work with. They will make you wait weeks before anything gets done. BEWARE

ACE Public Adjusters Inc. settled property insurance claims when ACE did not have a public adjusters license and collected public adjuster fees without executing a written fee memorandum.

Sanction: Fine - $1,000, Refund of Fees - $17,472.96

CALLED 3 TIMES TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT 3 TIMES I WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 10 MINUTS, NEVER GOT A CALL. AFTER I CALLED BACK FOR A FORTH TIME AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT AROUND THIER SCHEDULE THEY DIDN'T SHOW! THIS WAS AFTER I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO ACCOMODATE THEM BY TAKING THE MORNING OFF WORK. CALLED BACK ASKED FOR A SUPERVISER AND WAS TOLD THAT HE WOULD CALL BACK.......NO CALL. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IF THEY WERE THE LAST ADJUSTERS ON THE PLANET. NOT WORTH A PHONE CALL!!!
