NOT RECOMMENDED: Very poor experience with this company. I was having my house re-stucco'd which turned out to be a problem, but the problem was with the product, the people and the business. Once the job had been set up the problems started. The problems started with the crew setting up on only one side of the house. They told me that now that the scaffolding had been set up, they would have to figure out another time to do so. Unfortunately, that would not happen for a long time. Even more unfortunate was the fact that this was not the side of the house that had a cracking issue. Ultimately, after what seemed like a year and a half, they completed the work. Unfortunately, when they finally got to the other side of the house, it was too cold to Stucco. I asked and was told it would be fine, but less than a year ago and less than a year and a half after the work had been done, cracks started showing up. The company, after more phone calls, than I can count, sent someone out who, unsolicited, said that the work was done when it was too cold and could tell by the way the stucco had settled vs. on the rest of the house. Chris Frakes, the owner stopped taking my calls. I suggest staying far away.
