I wanted to locate a good print shop to re-do some photos for me. I was referred to 711 Copy & Printing from a friend. As I entered the shop I was greated with a smile. The staff was will and able to assist me. The finish product was outstanding. My old pictures game back to life.....smile. Know I have many associates using this Print shop for all their printing needs. Try them out.....

This company misrepresented its services by stating it prints high quality magazines. The first order of books had distorted images, tacky binding, scratches from the printing machine and horrible coloring. The replacement order was much of the same but also included jagged edges from the cutting process. When address with the owner, he promised to refund the money but never did. Then his all so ghetto assistant got involved, and we had to turn to our bank to resolve the matter because the owner refused to return our calls or respond to our emails once the problem evolved. I would not recommend this company. They are not honest people. They owner will tell you anything to make a quick buck. 711 Copy & Printing is not qualified to print magazines, and other products we've seen since are very poor. Do not let them tell you they print any glossy products or on quality paper. I've given it a one star because they system would not allow 0 rating.
