I moved this past month and was scheduled for 10am the day I moved. The movers called less than 12h beforehand asking if they could come an hr early, which I obliged. Well, they arrived at 9:45am after I called asking for their ETA and it turned out they forgot I needed a truck, which was clearly part of the cost detailed on my invoice. During the move, they moved items that were not meant to be moved. Then the owner/manager offered a $130 credit for the trouble (lateness, etc.) but didn't process it with the new invoice so we had to argue for a week to settle on the total balance. Since the hamper was found after the movers packed my storage unit, it was only today, roughly three weeks later, that I even noticed the damaged/misplaced items and was told that I should have been aware/told the movers at the time of moving. How was I supposed to watch two men at once move my things to make sure they did things well? NEVER use this company.

3B moving provided exceptional service. On time, professional and very courteous! I will always use them for all my moving needs and refer to friends and family!
