I booked my appt on 6/23. They told me they would be here on 6/30 to have my septic tank pumped. They said they would be here between 8:30am and 9. It's 9:30, no show, So I called, left a message. Now it's almost 10:30, talked to a guy who said he will see where the tech is and call me back. No call back, I called at 11 am and cancelled. I told them their Co sucks. He said he tried to call me back but got an Internet noise,whatever that is. Don't use this Co. I booked a week in advanced and they couldn't show up. Their customer service is terrible

Say "NO" to Septic Control! This company is unreliable and does not keep their appointment times. I scheduled an appointment at 3:00 to have my septic tank pumped on June 3rd. I told the person I spoke with that I had to make arrangements to get off of work early. He assured me someone would be at the house. At 1:00, on the 3rd, he called to say they would not be able to make it, but he told me they would come the following day at 4:00. I sped home from work to be here at 4:00 on June 4th and no one showed up. I called Septic Control at 4:05 and left a message that I was home. Manning called me at 4:15 and said someone would be calling to let me know when they would arrive. At 5:10 I still had not heard from anyone. I called again and left a message. No one came to do the work and no one called to let me know what was going on. This is a terrible company with horrific customer service. I am using another company: Hi-Desert Rooter & Plumbing 241-1475. They are very professional and do not over book. They are also less money $$$
