First time there my girl lovit,they did good job call to make appmt they didit for next day awsome .

I love Kids Dental Smiles the staff is great with yhe children. They have plenty of things to entertain while waiting and my daughter only leaves with a smile I love her dentist dr. Gudapati

WARNING!



If you receive a so-called “estimate” for dental work from this office you had better verify the amount with them on the day you have the procedure. I was told two weeks ago that my childs extractions would be covered by my insurance and that I needed only to pay for the laughing gas. Today we came in for the procedure and I was told that we could “take care of payment” at the end.



I admit that at this point I could have and should have said, “I want to verify that I only owe $55 for the laughing gas as we discussed two weeks ago.” If things had change I certainly should have been told or would expect to be told. I had no idea.



Then after the teeth had been pulled they hit me with $529 bill! I went nuts. I asked what happened to the insurance paying? They tried to explain it away by telling me that my insurance uses a “fee schedule” and that not all the procedure is covered. They told me that it had just been an “estimate” the time we talked previously.



Ok, I get that they don’t know for certain how much insurance will pay but an estimate isn’t going from $55 to over $500!



If I had been told this up front I could have made another decision. These weren’t extractions that HAD to be done and I would not have done it if the office had been up front about the charges. I felt defrauded and tricked into it.



We won’t be going back.

Great pediatric dentists! Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and dentists. Dr Gudapati was wonderful with my son and explained what he was going to do. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable. Perfect place to take the kiddos to, warm and inviting environment.

My daughter had her very first dental visit today, and it was great! Dr. Gudapati and the whole staff were wonderful! They made my daughter feel comfortable and it was all smiles for her first time to the dentist!

Love the entire staff, so friendly, and great with kids!! Very nice on the inside, everything looks brand new. Always make sure all questions are answered and they provide great tips on brushing little ones teeth! Kids love the balloons & prizes at the end!

Great dentist! My daughter has had some really bad experiences with going to the dentist and was terrified every time we had an appointment. Now that we come here she has no issues. Dr. Gudapati is great with kids. He is very understanding and honest. So glad we found this place.

Dr Anil Gudapati is easy to talk to, explain procedures and treatments in a very understandable way, nice with the kids, and always has a smile in his face, as well as all the staff that work with him.

This place is awesome! My children have been coming her for years and the staff is always wonderful! One of my children has special needs and the doctor was extremely patient with him. Both of my children love going to the dentist which is odd to me because I dont. They have definitely won our family over and I would recommend this dentist to all of my friends(and I have).

The headlines: injured my child, couldn't recognize a simple infection, didnt prescribe proper medication so the issue became more severe.



My son has been a patient here for a couple of years. When they only need a cleaning you tend to go for the convenience of location but this week he actually needed a procedure. For the most part the procedure went fine but during it my son's lip was torn. My son said he managed to get the word ouch out but that Dr G just continued with the procedure without stopping.



An hour after he got home his upper lip was swollen three times the normal size. The following day the lip was still swollen but I sent him to school. By noon he was coming home from school with a fever. At this point my parents had care of my son because I was traveling for work. They said they contacted Dr G's office and he was reluctant to see my son stating it sounded like no big deal. My parents insisted that he be seen again so we could find out if there was an infection. Dr G went straight into defensive mode and was more concerned about putting the fault on my son, saying "This looks like a classic sign of him biting his own lip when it was numb." I saw the injury, it appeared far more like a rip than a bite but that's not really the point. He said it wasn't infected but my mother pressed on saying it just didn't look right. Ultimately he did write a prescription for an antibiotic and sent them on their way.



The next morning my son woke up with his lip even larger, split open, and puss all over his face, mouth, and pillow. But according to Dr G this was not an infection. My dad proceeded to take my son to his pediatrician who of course confirmed it was infected. The truly disturbing part is she explained to my dad that the dosage Dr G wrote was basically for an infant. He simply appeased my parents by giving them a pointless prescription.



I'm pleased to say my son is on the mend now but certainly no thanks to Dr G who was more concerned for himself than my son.
