I have gone here many times but NO MORE. The manager is rude and talks over you at the speaker. Way over priced and very small portions. The catfish....ha, ha the strips were as long as my finger For $8.00 and somthing.Thats just bad business. He will give you what he wants to give you. Watch out for your change back ????

I think there have been a few of these, but I guess I ll add to the list of dissatisfied customers. I have never thought this place had good customer service... and I ve been going for almost 2 years now, because of the food... the chicken is definitely better than some other places but I won t trade in good chicken for horrendous service. I ALWAYS eat in, and most of the time the place is almost empty yet the cashiers(most of them) are always in a rush to get the order and not have any other human contact, makes others feel like they are not wanted... I ve seen this done to many people. Well tonight was my LAST night EVER going back. The prices are a bit higher than other places but I d always thought maybe it was because of the quality, but not so much anymore... the first year or so they were a bit happier to see me... usually gave me an extra strip or two if some of the strips were too small, and never had a problem substituting ranch dip for the gravy as I do not like gravy. Last couple of times they hesitated with the substitution then I noticed I was getting the smallest pieces they had... pretty sure it was on purpose. Tonight though the guy at the cashier told me We don t do substitutions and I don t know who s ever done that for you , my response(this is epic), I ve had almost every cashier in the past two years do the substitution with NO problem... including YOU a few times . Apparently he didn t recognize me, I do come in every couple of weeks, so that s about 50 trips over the past 2 years... but that s over now. Not only did I pay $9.18 for 6 strips the size of 2 normal ones(I mean, he must have gone through to pick the 6 SMALLEST ones in the bunch), but he charged me an extra .40c for the ranch despite not giving me the gravy AND he had his head down when I asked him why the change as I sat there at PEAK hour with NO ONE in the building but me eating... he just mumbled and walked on as I finished like in 3 minutes the strips that were no bigger than my thumb. I feel violated and almost didn t purchase my meal, but after being treated this way and being a LOYAL customer over these years... I can only assume that they WANT to go out of business and DON T want mine... I mean, they ve had me there 50 times over the past couple of years and a cashier with a tone of voice like he wanted to strangle me for even asking for a substitution like some greedy bankster looking to nickel and dime me or a car salesman... it was that bad... wish people could feel the vibe and the tone that this man spoke... and it s a tone I ve been watching over the past 3-6 months gradually get worse, the moral of the staff reflects on the greed of the leadership and when that is so present... you know it s all downhill from there. I m not a prophet but have been known to have good vision on things like this... but with the kind of service I ve received tonight and in the past few months... there is nothing positive on the storyline of this place. Those are my 2 very thorough cents ladies & gentleman. I would not recommend a place like this to ANYONE.
