They arrived over two hours late. I had also paid an extra $20/hr for a 3rd mover so it would be faster and they sent someone with a broken hand---slow! A 4hr quoted job job took over 6 and he blamed it on me being disorganized. and did i mention they didn't bring any boxes or moving supplies? I also felt like they weren't very careful with my things and where they scraped the dolly under it left marks. Overall a frustrating experience.
