terrible service

After forgetting half our food, silverware and our receipt we called and the manager said there was nothing she could do right now so we'd just have to stop by sometime. I've worked at fast food resturants and we always took the customers name down and offered free meals or whatever was missing. To argue and then say we had to come in and talk to another manager is ridiculous! So either I'm out 5 bucks or I have to go in there and complain and look like a jerk just because the Manager on Duty couldn't handle this herself! All I wanted was a "sorry" and my meal that was forgotten to be credited to me. Is that so hard?

Also, The Wendys website convienantly had a problem with their "feedback" system and it was under construction.
