Had good experience with Sanda. However, the tech was terrible. In addition, he damaged my property and lied about it. You can count on an upcharge. I am so certain that I am almost tempted to suggest that I will pay your bill if you don't get one. Jennifer, in the office is ridiculous. Terrible company. Don't use them.

I was hesitant based on the reviews to use the company but I am very pleasantly surprised with the results and how professional they were. Had a great guy named Justin. He did an excellent job on the furniture(really stained furniture at that) and carpet. I was used to using the other company(SS)for the past several years but for the price the quality has gone downhill. These guys were cheaper and just as good if not better. I will for sure have them back for the rest of the house!!

The price apparently jumped up $75 once the technician got to my home to clean my sofa & loveseat. I was told a certain price over the phone and suddenly after the I didn't want to purchase any additional add-ons from the beyond rude technician, the price more than doubled. I too was told that my sofa was the dirtest he has seen. Seriously how insulting and it wasn't even that dirty. Could not wait to get him out of home. I was more upset over the rude behavior than wasting my money.

They offered a coupon for 59.99 for 4 roams and a hall. Once I refused to purchase any add ons like spot treatment, which one would think would be included in a CARPET CLEANING service, the technician seemed to be annoyed and proceeded to say that my carpet was one of the dirtiest he had seen. He would not move ANY furniture so me as a woman had to do it myself. When he was finished my carpet looked as though it had NOT even been cleaned. There were big areas of carpet that were not even wet, meaning he did not clean there. Once he left I got my own machine out and went over it myself, When I was finished it looked much better.

I hired Totally Clean to clean my entire air duct system (all vents, mains, returns,and furnace), dryer vent, and carpets. The quality of the work was good, especially the carpets. I've had my carpets professionally cleaned in the past, and Totally Clean did a far better job.



However, after the technician finished with the duct work, my air conditioner wasn't working correctly, which I informed him of before he left. He checked to make sure all the dampers were open and then said he didn't know what else to do. I called the next day to inform them of the problem and they agreed to send another technician out to look at it. He came the following day, found a clog in the AC drainage tube, which he said was causing the blower fan to flood. He recommended turning off the air (it was in the upper 90's), and just letting the blower fan run to dry it out, which he said could take a few hours to a few days. After a few days, there was no change and I also noticed water flooding out of the hole they had cut into my furnace to clean it. I called to inform them of the problem and they said a technician wouldn't be able to come out for four days!! I ended up calling another heating and AC company, and they determined that the AC was not working correctly because a coil was completely clogged with dirt/dust. He had everything working correctly in an hour!



Throughout the process, the company refused to ever accept responsibility, even though my AC worked fine up until they came, treated me with disrespect (especially the receptionist), didn't return calls in a timely manner, and, overall, was difficult to work with. After spending $600 on their services, I expected better treatment. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

I contacted provider to clean carpets and was quoted one price. Upon arrival I was given another. I considered sending him away at that time but felt obligated to have them provide the service. After services were completed and I went back through the rooms after he left I noticed areas that were not done and other areas that remained dirty after he had already completed them. The areas that were not done were under beds, under the dining room table, and behind a small art easel . When I contacted the office about it they stated that they did not move anything unless directed and only cleaned around the areas. They will move 3 things free of charge and then they charge $10 per item to move it. When I scheduled my appointment and the subsequent calls that followed I was not made aware of that policy. I was only informed of it after the fact and when I was already unsatisfied with the services provided. The service person could have went under the beds with his noozle but did not even do that. The "rooms" that I was charged for in total I did not receive as each room only half the room was cleaned because they went around everything. This company sends coupons frequently through the Val-Pak and to me is trying to make up for their discounted prices by the bait and switch method. I will never again have them return to my house for fear of retribution and poor service
