horrible

I went to moes today and it was the worse customer service ever. The kids think it funny to mess around and not pay attention to what the customers are saying to them. They messed up my order about 4 times before I just walked out with food I didnt even order. The food is good but very overpriced.

probably my last time going there for a while!

Very disappointed

I ordered a home wrecker and it was about 1/3 the size of a burrito from Chippotle or Qdoba. The ingredients were nothing to brag about, not that fresh tasting, the lettuce was yellowy. I told the owner about my feelings and he just yelled over me that at Qdoba, you don't get free chips.

Like I care about the chips.

I would give it zero stars as one is one too many for this Moe's. Won't be recommending anyone to go here. I don't think I will go back to Moe's again after this experience.

We love Moe's!

My husband and I eat there about once a week. (Sometimes more if we have coupons.)

The staff is always friendly. The ingredients are always fresh, and they have quite a nice variety, including 5 meats: 2 kinds of chicken (spicy and not spicy) steak, ground beef, pork. There are several different tasty salsas from mild to hot that you can put on your entree or your FREE CHIPS. The guacamole and the queso are both excellent, as are the soups. They have sweet and unsweet brewed iced tea.

Atmosphere is casual, nothing fancy. We often see families with children eating there- they do have a children's menu.

You get plenty of great tasting food for your money, and free chips.

If I was a taco from Moe's

I often hear don't judge a book by its cover, so when I walked into Moe's for the first time I decided not to judge the food by the disgusting overall appearance of the restaurant. Okay, maybe I should not be so harsh, but, honestly, walking into that restaurant noticing the dim lights, food squished into the floor, the sticky soda machine, and the kitchen area looking cluttered someone has to say something! Now moving onto the food. If I was a chicken taco from Moe's I would be a bland, tasteless taco. The chicken, needless to say was dry and tasteless. The lettuce was of good quality but it was hard to tell from the mountain of sour cream that overtook the taco... maybe they were trying to add moisture to the dry chicken? And last but not least, the "fresh" salsa (yes I will compare it to Chipotle) didn't look/taste fresh at all... jarred "fresh" salsa anyone? Maybe the workers should pay attention to the flavor of their food and the overall cleanliness of their restaurant... but alas the worker did not pay attention even when I tried to ask a question. Better luck next time. Oh yeah there won't be a next time.
