Very good fish, fresh and delicious. I was impressed from the first bite of Nigiri, Hamachi. Please try the "Yummy Role", you will not be disappointed. Gustavo, the head chef and owner and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. The All You Can Eat (AYCE) deal is good for hungry sushi sufferin' patrons like myself. If you are not big in to AYCE the menu offers the same fare, but you pay by the dish. This place is in my neighborhood. I will be back.

Awesome dining experience! The fish was very fresh and the rolls were very creative and tasty! The service is top notch. Gustavo (the owner and head chef) is very friendly and personable. The All-You-Can-Eat concept is fantastic! They make the sushi as you order so it is very fresh! I cannot say enough about Paradise Sushi and Grill. I can't wait to go back!
