I started my search for a new ...

I started my search for a new car at Manly Hyundai, and had a truly horrible experience. I test drove a 2012 Sonata, and I liked it and wanted to see what kind of deal they would offer. The sales men were so pushy, basically saying that if I didn't pull the trigger on their offer (which was pretty much MSRP) then the car wouldn't be for sale tomorrow (like they had the only Sonata for sale in the entire petaluma area?). Anyway, it left a truly bad taste in my mouth regarding car dealerships and sales people.



The next day I decided I wanted to test drive an Elantra, and a friend suggested Team Hyundai so I went up there, loved the Elantra, but unfortunately they only had it in a color I wasn't interested in. On a whim I headed down to Petaluma Hyundai. Upon arriving I saw the new 2012 Hyundai Veloster and basically fell in love with it. I worked with sales consultant Dan who made the whole car buying experience completely stress free. He was so easy to work with, was knowledgeable about the product, and I never felt pressured like I did at the dealership. He got me a great deal on the car, a good price for my trade, and didn't try to sell me any gimmicky dealer packages. After reading the excellent reviews on the service department, I'm feeling confident I made the right decision in buying my car here.

I have been considering purchasing a car for some time, and during this deliberation I have not found a more helpful and knowledgeable staff than at Petaluma Hyundai.

Most of my interactions and inquisitions have been with John: very shortly after our first encounter, I remarked to my friend about how thorough, intuitive, and bright he was as I bombarded him with a litany of concerns and detailed questions. John has since continued to be just as impressive as that first day; even though I am cursed with chronic indecisiveness and continue to return with (what I would think to be) tedious and gratuitous purchasing paranoia. John's accommodations and unending extensions of the utmost respect and patience have impressed upon me a refreshed security and confidence as a consumer.

I have had nothing but excelle...

I have had nothing but excellent service and experiences with Scott in service... I could go on! I thought I was upside down in my Toyota and they actually stepped up big time and took my car off my hands (maintenance nightmare!) and I love my new Sonata! Im getting about 36 mpg highway!!! Have already had one service and they even washed it before giving it back to me.

Took my car for the 2nd time for a different reason .Jason was Helpful again, honest and trustworthy ! My car was fixed and i was happy :)

The Petaluma facility was the quickest and easiest car purchase I have ever made. I did not experience any of the hard sell, changing sales reps, changing the deal tactics that I had run into at one of the other hyundai facilities.

We were very impressed with the way in which our new car experience was handled by Sean Kinney of Petaluma Hyundai. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as we made our decision. There was no pressure and our questions were answered with patience. We would definitely rate this a superior experience. And,, we love our new Sonata!

Our salesman was a mellow guy ...

Our salesman was a mellow guy but was still attentive, he never pressured us to consider something out of our somewhat low budget, but he did give us lot good input. We eventually agreed on the same car that was best for us. I was back and forth between the elantra in blue and dark grey and I spent an hour deciding, but the salesman was real patient so we were more than willing to buy the car from this palce. Good atmosphere and good service, definitely recommend.
