My wife called from a restaurant parking lot after locking her keys in the car. This was about 7:30 pm on a cold Thursday night in January . They said it would be about 20 minutes. 50 minutes later they said 20 minutes. 2.5 HOURS later they still hadn't showed, and she got a ride home from a stranger, a man, who was at the restaurant bar. After shivering in the parking lot for more than two hours she did this without my knowledge, as I was home with the sleeping kids and she knew I never would have allowed it. Thanks a lot Bill's.
