I came here to make a purchase on a truck only to realize it failed emissions inspections and had other issues that they refuse to inspect or negotiate on the price. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told i should leave. Very poor business after purchasing a 70,000$ vehicle in the past here to treat a customer so poorly really shows who they are.

I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep wrangler and was very pleased with my salesman. His name is Evans and he knows everything there is to know about Jeeps. He was very straight forward and not pushy at all. I also want to mention how awesome the Finance Director Kevin is. He worked with us and he listened to what we had to say. Autoworld/victory is the place to go!

First of all, let me say that Bill is one of the most honest and well-respected Jeep mechanics in the area. I've owned 4 CJ's so far and when I moved to Petaluma I stumbled upon Bill at Autoworld Chrysler one afternoon, noticing a late a brand new charger on the lot. I purchased a 1984 Jeep CJ-7 five years ago and each time I've had an issue, Bill has, sometimes within a matter of hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem, whatever it was. There are so few trustworthy and genuinely caring mechanics out there and Bill certainly breaks that mold.. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, competent mechanic that always puts his customers satisfaction first.

I purchased my Jeep here (September - 2010) and have had all my service completed here as well. My experience for both has been very good. Regarding the purchase, while there was a little pressure at one point, I sort of thrive on that and feel I got an excellent deal. All my service calls have been very good as well. There has been no attempt to oversell me on any services (unlike my other vehicle from a dealer down the street).

I hope to continue bringing my Jeep to Autoworld, especially given I have the Lifetime warranty.

I brought a used Chrysler 200 here and was very pleased. I've either been treated like crap or incrementally robbed by the service department at other places. Tony was honest and delivered as promised. He couldn't do everything I asked for, but he actually admitted that.

I walked into Autoworld Dodge without really knowing what I wanted. I'd given myself the weekend to find a new car to buy. It's a big ticket item so I wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my choice. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted very professionally and promptly, but without feeling pressured. I was given several options based on my needs and taken for a test drive without hesitation of whether I could afford the vehicle or not. I had thought the process of purchasing a new car was not an easy one and that the paperwork would be tedious and confusing based on my previous experience. Not at Autoworld Dodge. Everything was explained to fine detail to me, and check this; after I purchased the car, one of the sales guys took the time to go over the catalog with me so that I understand what button is for what, or how to open the sunroof, check on oil limit, temperature gage, etc. I was so delighted with my purchase that I've told everybody about Autoworld Dodge

We appreciated the fact that this dealer and salesperson was not pressuring us in any way to buy any particular vehicle on trying to push us into making up our minds. We were totally comfortable during the process and we genuinely felt that they cared about our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend them to others who may be looking for a vehicle.
