Walked in on a Saturday night (party of 4) tables were empty but all had reserved signs. A bouncer finally offered us a table but only offered 3 chairs (1 guest would have to stand). We ordered a $25 over-fried platter, 1 sangria pitcher (pure sugar) & a few beers. Bill was over $100 (over 18% gratuities included on the bill) & the service was horrible (we walked over to the bar to order our beers because our server was no where in sight).
Note: All the tables that were "reserved" were randomly given out to crowds as they walked in wearing jeans & sneakers.
I'm still trying to understand how they can get away with including an over 18% gratuity especially for 4 guests with 3 chairs!!!
NEVER AGAIN!
