Worst post office in wood county! I have tracking on my packages & carrier says business not open & I'm standing right here! Called post office told him what happened and said I was wrong! I told him track# then he made another excuse! These people delivers the mail get paid $65,000.00 a year and they do not do there job! RUDE FRONT DESK PEOPLE, LAZY BEYOND WORDS! AND THEY WONDER WHY WE PAY BILLS ONLINE & DO ANYTHING TO AVOID THE POST OFFICE??? THEY HATE THERE JOBS SO THEY TAKE IT OUT ON THE MAIL!

Everything bad everyone says about this post office is true, unfortunately. Long lines, rude people, lazy, leave you hanging on the phone for a long time without answering questions. I drive to a neighboring town to avoid, if I can. If I could give it one star, I would.

Every time I've been to this post office, there is a long line. Yesterday there was one gentleman working at 3:00 and I stood in line for half an hour. This morning, I tried calling for the last hour, as I have some questions about fees charged…finally got through after an hour. One of my questions had to do with the fee for a book I mailed; I felt i was overcharged. Come to find out, I was not given the "media mail" rate ($2.99 versus my fee of $6.85) because, as he explained, I did not tell him it was a book. #1. How are average consumers supposed to know this? Are there signs posted (of course not) #2. It was packaged in an envelope, in the shape of a book - is it too unreasonable for you to ask if it's a book perhaps? #3. I DID, in fact, tell him it was a book when I saw the rate…I said "That is pretty expensive for a book." I'm sure he didn't want to take the time to change it since there were so many people waiting.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up. Will never return to this post office.
