They are very friendly and very helpful with great choices in phones, and very knowledgeable. My whole family goes there for phones and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a phone to go in. ��������

I have a droid mini phone took it there to have them replace battery in it 3 battery later in 3 days they didnt know what was wrong with it so I bought a one mini droid from them had it for weekend took it back kepted dieing every 2 hours they gave me other one had it for week worked good til this morning it wouldnt turn on called talked to Terry he said maybe I didnt charge it right took it there today Terry was rude when I was there 2 hours instead of looking at my phone there was 3 other people came in he waited on them Finley he talked to me he couldnt get it to turn on said I droped it or I locked it out some how he started to take it apart screen came on he snapped it back together said there its fixed he didnt look at it to see what ways wrong with it I told him I didnt want the phone I have had enough problems with his stuff I dont live in Perrysburg its a long drive for me and i have made 4 trip there he said thats my problem he said he wasnt going toget anymore droid mini because he has had to many problems with them he told me he wouldnt give money back he said he would take it for trade in he will give me 110.00 toward and other phone i said i just paid 160.00 aweek ago he said thats my problem so know i am stuck with 160.00 phone that has problems very very bad service and bad phones he told me to get out of his store and take my phone with me he was hungry didnt have lunch yet PLEASE PLEASE BEWARD There is no rating i wouldnt tell anyone to go there
