Provided by YP.comThis place claims to be a positive and safe environment for your child with Christian values and teaching which is very untrue. The staff do not closely monitor the children especially while on the playground where all of the kicking, hitting, pushing and pinching goes on. Today my child was bit by another child while on the playground. When the teacher was questioned she said boys will be boys and they play rough followed by what would I like her to do. Really! How about your job! When I showed her the bite mark with broken skin on my child she claimed it wasn’t there when she looked and that she was told about the bite. So she knew a child was bitten and never notified the parent? No apologies just excuses and a poor attitude with eye rolling. No report was filed by the teacher even after I re-reported biting and the director claimed to not even know about the biting incident. The kids are bullies and so are the staff. Staff tell the kids to zip it, stop crying or they are going to the baby room, quit being tattletales while ignoring anything reported to them by other kids or parents. Don’t be fooled by the nice looks because clearly it’s not somewhere you want to take your child to be kept safe. If they cover up the obvious what else are they covering up! I have called the owner of Foundation Academy and he has yet to return my call.
