Chad is Honest and Hard working he delivered everything that he promised when he did the estimate and at a good price. I talked to a lot of plumbers before getting the job done. The first time I asked for service was on our tankless water heater - service was first class. Second time we had a dishwasher leak and again the service was first class. Had a strange leak from my bathtub upstairs.There were no water marks on my ceiling but the ceiling was peeling in several places under where the tub is located. Chad found the leak with no problem and did have it repaired in no time. Had a very positive experience.... Have used 2 other local plumbers for other problems and was not satisfied with either.....and they will not be back....but I will have Chad back again.

I just bought a house and decided to use American Pipe Smith for my plumbing needs. The service was fast and affordable. Chad did a wonderful job installing my new faucet and hooking up my outdoor gas fire pit. I will never go to anyone else. He is a hard worker and will get the job done.

I recently had a very good experience with American Pipe Smith Plumbing. Chad replaced my leaking kitchen faucet. He was prompt, friendly, very professional, and beat the other plumbers price quote! I cant say Ive ever been happy when a plumber has come to visit, but with Chad it was a all round pleasant experience. In the future I wouldn't think of calling ANYBODY else but him!

I recently had a leak in my bedroom. I had no idea where the water was coming from. My bedroom carpet was soaking wet. I called American Pipe Smith Plumbing and Chad came to have a look. He ending up finding a slab leak below my tile floor AND a leak in my bedroom wall. The pipe that connects to the outside faucet and goes underground for the house plumbing had a pin hole size leak. He cut open a small area of drywall and there it was, on his first try he found it. All that water for such a tiny hole? He said it was rare to have 2 leaks at once. That is usually my luck. :( I haven't had any issues since, but with my house being so old something is bound to come up again. Chad will be my first call. His pricing is very reasonable and he works quickly, too. I would recommend Chad with American Pipe Smith Plumbing to my friends and family.

Chad removed and replaced my old fiberglass bath tub. He had to remove a wall to get the one I bought into the room. He repaired the drywall good as new and did a super job on the bathtub and enclosure. I love my new bathtub. I have also used Chad's services for plumbing maintenance on my rental property. He is very reliable and he work is always top notch.
