Provided by SuperpagesDr michael Merkley preformed surgery on my wrong body part. I had a ruptured pectoral muscle. Dr. Merkley said that he would repair it but forgot to right it down in his file and did a nasty shoulder decompression surgery by mistake. I am turning in a very good report to The Illinois State licensing board so if you a complaint turn it in. I think after three his licence is suspended.
