Going to Bremer was the worst wedding decision I have made. I figured going to a hometown place the service and quality would be better than the chain locations. Well, I will say service was outstanding, but quality/warranty was not. I purchased an engagement set just over a year ago, the center stone has loosened and they refused to fix the ring since it is over 1 year. Now, I am a few months away from our wedding, with an angered bride and a diamond that may fall out. Furthermore, I thought I heard them tell me if anything ever happened they would make it right, but this is not the case. I just want everyone to be forewarned when issues arise they dont seem to care as much as when the purchase was made.

We are now accessorizing the third generation. We have gone the gamut from watch batteries to sentimental "faceliftings" with our share of thrills and friills in between. The store is filled with not only an array of eye openning selctions but accommodating service and personalities to match. We enjoy our visits from the "Suburbs". The Hawks, Toulon.

They took some links out of my cufflinks. They are antique, from my grandfather.They sized it right and did a good job, but never gave me the extra links back. They just told me they were worthless and through them away ;) Not very professional!

The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I had a ring sized and appraised by them. The cost was a little steep but the service was notable. I had my ring and appraisal within two days. Another local jeweler estimated 8 weeks just for the resize. I would not hesitate to make future purchases at this business.

Very good at explaining difference in price of diamonds of the same quaility. Help me make the right decision to get what I paid for. No false values in their pricing. Everyone else told me there diamond was worth more than they were going to sell it for, why?
