After wearing pants 2 days pilling of material made of 65% polyester & 35% combed cotton does not justify a refund or replacement by the owners. Combining synthetic & cotton Completely dismissed any justification that the fabric was defective since we were the only ones after selling thousands of pants for years. Owner refused to accept responsibility for his product & stated he was selling the pants selected by the school. Left the store twice and ended phone conversations knowing there would be no resolution made. Treated badly in an authoritarian condescending manner that was degrading. A friend had the same experience with refusal to refund the money and treated rudely.
