I can't believe how rude is the OWNER of this place. They told me to pick up my Puppy Dexter at 1pm and i get there 12:35pm, the lady at the window (really nice girl) told me that Dexter was not ready so i told her ok i'll be back at 1pm, then for curiosity i asked her at what time do you close today? suddenly the OWNER said: "WE ARE NOT GOING TO BABYSIT YOUR DOG" screaming at me!! then i told him, i asked, until what time do you stay open? I wasn't at any time stating that i will wait until then to pick up my dog, i request to speak with the manager due to the bad customer service i was receiving and he said I AM THE OWNER, I couldn't believe it. I was disappointed, i wanted to get my dog and live, when i asked him to get my puppy he told me, well you have to pay for it first, two more customers were waiting there and he didn't care!! I am not writing this review because they don't do their job properly, I am writing this review because somebody needs to TEACH THE OWNER SOME MANNERS.
