I just moved out of Alta Park West due to a job change, but I loved living there! It's in a great location, and run by some awesome people. Everyone in the office was always nice and the maintenance staff was always very helpful. Grounds and pool are always clean, which is a nice change from some of the communities I saw in the same area. Location is definitly a plus, though. It has a lot around it, but it is still very safe (I never felt the need to lock my car).



They definitely take the cake when it comes to apartments.
