I wanted to take a moment personally to respond to Mr. Ponders recent review. Victor's Landscaping Inc and my self are currently working with Mr. Ponder to resolve his concerns. We take all clients issues very seriously; which is reflected in our long record with the ROC and BBB.

On a job where they promised to plant sod, grade my yard, plant 2 new trees, and test the irrigation system the latter two were not accomplished properly. Since 2/26/2010 I have been going back and forth with Victor's Landscaping trying to get this situation resolved. A landscaper informed me that I needed a new diaphragm for my irrigation system, but never told the job boss to get the diaphragm installed. When I informed the job boss of the issue he said he was never informed, and then came back to me and said I needed to replace all 4 valves. The cost difference between the diaphragm and the valves was $320. I had a commercial landscaper review the irrigation system and he stated that there was nothing wrong with the valves and only one diaphragm needed to be replaced. It seems Victor's was trying to scam me for an addition $300. It took 3 months for him to come out to my house and I was told nothing could be done and it was my fault.DON'T USE VICTOR'S LANDSCAPING!

This is a company that does it right! Victor's crew was great. Better than the guys that throw a lawnmower in the back of a beat up truck and call themselves landscapers. I was a first time customer and Victor called me personally to describe his company and his practices. After a good conversation about what my property needed, he scheduled a service date.His crew showed up the morning of the service date and were so fast and quiet that my wife couldn't hear them outside until they began work on the back yard! She was able to continue with her phone calls in our home office.If the economy were different I would continue into a service plan with this fine company.

The crew from Victor's Landscaping exceeded our expectations during a recent cleanup of one of our Water Reclamation Facilities. Things could not have gone smoother and the entire crew was as professional and neat as could be. The property went from a "rundown" look to a manicured look in just a matter of 8 hrs. We will be utilizing Victor's on a monthly basis.
