I am a business customer and had a restaurant that needed a part by Saturday. I went into the UPS store to ship the part on Friday for overnight delivery to my customer who needed it. I paid $89 for a 3lb package to get over-night shipping. It seemed like a high price, but the customer was willing to pay it, so I went ahead with it.



I provided the tracking information to the receiver. The next day (Saturday) it should have been delivered by noon. When it wasn't, my customer checked the tracking information of the package and found out the scheduled delivery date wasn't until Monday.



It turns out that the customer service rep didn't set the package up for overnight delivery at all. I called the store and asked for a manager - The manager, Harjeet, said that when people say over-night delivery, she does it for the "Next Business Day". I told her that over-night delivery and next business day are two very different things.



If I wanted the package there Monday, the price would have been approx. $20 to ship and not $90. She said it was completely her fault and she would give me a 5% discount. I said that wasn't acceptable. She then offered a 15% discount. That's still not acceptable - I paid $90. To re-coup that, I would have to spend a lot of money in the store. She said she would call her area manager to see what could be done. I felt at this point like she addressed my concern and that she was going to resolve the issue.



Approx 30 minutes later, she called back and stated that she remembered me and that she wasn't going to do anything because it was completely my fault. This simply isn't true. My husband asked to speak to the area manager directly about this issue. The problem is still not resolved, but I will be giving them as many 1 star reviews as possible so other people can avoid the heartache of dealing with this store.



What a shame too - she seemed so eager to help until she called back. AVOID THIS STORE!!

the owners of this salon are so completely unprofessional and unethical. They pushed the girl who did my hair to quit by yelling at her in a room full of clients because she had to leave early the day before to take her kid to the doctor. what kind of people don't understand family emergencies?? I won't be giving them MY business anymore.
