This company is definitely the best and most professional roofing company of 3 I have hired over the years, on our rentals. They went above and beyond on all aspects of the roof replacement. My sister and I are very happy with our new roofs. Highly recommend and all ready have.

Paul was thorough and great at walking us through the entire process to include before and after pictures of roof. Excellent work crew. SDC did a great job with quality work and materials on my underlayment replacement. They didn't cut corners which was important to me. Pricing was very competitive and the work was exceptional. I chose Sunland Development Corporation Roofing Division to do a sectional repair on my roof, before the rain came. SDC also replaced some vents. SDC was in the middle (bid wise) out of 4 estimates. SDC is a great honest company and does what they say they will do, without added cost. SDC reviews definitely speak about who the company is. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
