Used their service for the first time after seven years of Super Shuttle, going all over the place, and found them to be the ones we would always call for Airport to Sun City West AZ. What a friendly and accommodating company they are. And they are Local First Arizona business. Also the price is less than many of their competitors.

Terrible service - I wish there was a way to give a 0-star rating! I booked a private mini van for a 5pm pick up almost a week in advance. Pick up time was confirmed by phone on Sun. On Mon, your dispatch called at approximately 4:30 pm to advise that the driver would be 15 minutes late due to heavy traffic. At 5:15, I called and was advised that the driver was 2-3 minutes away. At 5:25, still no driver. Now we were stranded and definitely at risk of missing our flights. The dispatch obviously lied to me during the previous conversation. Furthermore, I no longer even had enough time to make alternative arrangements for 4 people, 4 suitcases and 3 golf bags. Now I was angry. It is just common sense to anticipate traffic when heading west from the airport during rush hour and that was your responsibility. The fact that your representative would go so far as to promise that we would not miss our flight is completely ridiculous! Rest assured, you have lost all of our future business.
