If we'd only started our vacation by first visiting Southwest Bicycles. Instead, we foolishly went to a different bike shop that was closer to where we were staying in Surprise. The second day, we went to Southwest Bicycles where Lou and all of the employees were incredibly helpful. They patiently took time to help us find what we needed, and then they told us about additional ride options. When we travel state to state, we often visit Trek bike shops. When we return to the Phoenix area, Southwest Bicycles will get all of our our business.
