My wife and I have a 10 year tradition on Valentines Day to avoid the crowds. We order Pizza/Wings and snuggle up to watch a movie at home. We normally don't go to Rosatis because they are so expensive, but on a special occasion we couldn't resist ordering up their delicious thin crust.... so we thought. We have had it numerous times and love it... Now there are new owners and things aren't what they used to be. The wings were not fried, oven baked. It would have been OK except the sauce had no flavor. It was as if they bought them preseasoned out of the freezer section from the Safeway next door and threw them in the oven. And that wasn't even the worst part. The thin crust we love so much, was NOT a thin crust. We ordered a 14" thin, they confirmed the order, the receipt said 14" thin, but it was a regular pizza. I called to complain when I got to the house and found the mistake and was told "I'm sorry, we don't make a 14" thin crust... only an 11" and 16""... WHAT!? it's on the MENU!!! Its on my RECEIPT!!! You could have told me that when I ordered it on the phone and you read back the order as a 14" THIN CRUST!!! Look, don't make BS. excuses to a returning customer who has had the 14" thin before. Another note, don't tell your customer "We are like just so totally swamped right now, yeah sorry, we a getting killed here".... hmm OK. I guess I will be taking my business anywhere else but here since your "too busy" to take care of your customers. Get a clue Rosatis of Peoria!
