Finally someone fixed the problem with the driver's side power window on by GL. After wasting weeks with an "expert", the guy in the service dept here knew what it was right away and had it fixed in an hour.

All staff at this dealership were very couteous and very focused on the comfort of the customer. Saleman was very professional and absolutely did not pressure the sale. Services was great and everyone from sales to the financial people were very accommodating.

I first approached your company via the internet and received an email back from Jeff Lane.He and I established an appointment time for the following day. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. He and I worked through what I was looking for and he helped me refine my requirements, using concise questions and giving well thought out input.I had expected to use that day as a shopping day, viewing inventory of the vehicle type that I was looking for at several of the M B dealers in the Phoenix area.
