This is a company owned store. The place is spotless and the service is good . . . when you can get it. The problem is, one of the managers refuses to open the lobby at 4:00 a.m. forcing the few customers who wish to dine indoors at that hour to wait until she feels like admitting them. She simply ignores the knocks on the door sometimes even doing her sidework in plain view while her customers wait. That sort of nonsense would never happen in a franchised owned store, as you know. It doesn't speak well for McDonalds Corporate management. With this exception, all else is fine. A repremand is in order but there is no need to fire her, assuming compliance. Thank you.
