HORRIBLE Service!

Not only are the employees rude but so is the girl manager who was on staff last night 7/2/13. And to top it all off - the bread was hard as a rock! I would stay away from this place. I wish the owner could see what the empolyees do and how the treat people!

I like the hot and ready pizza and its such a great price and I understand its not the best pizza but I think its good for the price. I go there for the hot and ready pepperoni pizza not for a good fancy pizza there's better places if that's what your looking for.

My family and I ordered 4 deep dish pizzas and 5 wings and bread for my sons birthday on August 14th. Arriving at party to find out one pizza was a regular pizza and the wings were cold and not cooked, not what we had paid for! A call was put in to the store and we received a credit and were pleased with that! My father who lives with me and my 5 kids as a single parent put in a call to claim credit on aug. 17th. No problem and still grateful that their mistake was being made up in customer service. I with one of my children 8 year old female set out to run a few errands and pick up meal for the family. Upon arrival I gave my fathers name and explained that I was present to pick up his order. Out of the 3 employees I saw present not one of them knew what i was talking about, although it was called in to manager ROX 20 minutes prior. After almost 8 minutes they finally figured out what the order was... which i have waited less time for an order I placed at the counter. I was then asked if I was the one who put in the order. I probably would not have problem if I lied but was truthful and explained that I was his son. I was then told that my father had to pick up the order and I could not. If this is a policy I am fine with that but good customer service MANAGERS would probably explain this on the phone, and should have enough experience to know to do so, as I don't see this being the first time. I explained to the cashier who was some level of management that if she could please call my father who’s name and my home number I could see clearly was on paper she had and confirm, and I would provide I.D., whatever it took. She said no he had to be present, so I walked outside the building to call my father and explain the situation to him. I did and he called the store. I then re-entered the building and had a seat waiting for them to sort it out. The store manager Rox then took the call within 10 feet from where my daughter and I were sitting. Her tone and demeneor alone during the call should be an embarrassment to your company and customer service pride. Rox obviously did not realize I was back in the store as she made negative hand gestures and silent comments to her manager under her and other store employees about how crazy the caller was... who happened to be my father. Un-professional and shameful. Other customers present were very sympathetic. I wish you all could have been an ear on the wall for what went on in this store. Rox was confrontational and could not mainatin cool, she got loud like it was some street confrontation. I work in law enforcement and it appeared to be more of a street fight in her verbiage that it was customer service. We order from this store weekly. There is a young man who is usually on duty who is great and friendly. I tried to speak with ROX after she was off the phone and explain that she was unprofessional and she basically lied about having overheard the cahier and I and said the cashier said I could sign for pizza. Untrue rather trying to back track. Dishonesty and poor customer service. The manager under Rox had a smirk on her face the whole time like it was a comedy show! Not funny to me at all. With my 8 year old daughter present to witness the ugly side of customer service and respect for the individual. I would find it very hard to believe this is your fist complaint, or will be your last based off of what i witnessed. I was instructed to leave the food and forget order because based off the attitude and demeanor of employees but I did take the food because I had hungry kids who had now waited 30 minutes after or 20 minute advance call. (Approx) In any case unacceptable.
