Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS DENTIST for anything!!! They damaged my root while doing a crown and now want $4000 for an implant!!! They are crooks and I wish I would have read reviews before I just took my chances on them!!! Also I asked for my medical record and found many false statements in my chart such as they say they completed my whitening without any issues and actually they did not finish it because it was so painful I had to ask them to stop but they cetainly charged me for the whole thing and then afterwards told me some other cheaper and less paiinful ways to for teeth whitening!!! There are so many dentists in this valley, do yourself a favor and find another one!
