An open letter from the Management Committee! Sun Grove Resort Village's Management Team would like to address negative comments that have recently been posted on various websites and/or blogs. We acknowledge that we previously had issues which involved very poor customer relations with an individual in a top management position at Sun Grove Resort Village. Once realized, the Management Team took immediate action and dismissed this individual. This situation is behind us as we have replaced the position with a Director and an Assistant Director. These individuals are very hard working, enthusiastic, honorable and caring. A few isolated issues regarding accusations directed at our Community are completely unfounded and fabricated. It is impossible to defend our Community when individuals who sign leases are already ill. We believe any statements regarding elder abuse are being fabricated by just a couple of individuals. Sun Grove has returned to being the jewel it once was.

We can all breathe a sigh of relief and feel snugly secure for the night watchmen are looking out for our safety and peace of mind. We all collectively love the management team, they sincerely and deeply care for us, of whom is Karl and Susan, for they have followed faithfully their finely tuned exact and timely plans to totally rejuvenate this aesthetic spa in the luminous desert, which needed some help when they took over last September. The employees seem more like fellow travelers, friends, and compassionate family members. We the well traveled and veteran family of dwellers who are part of this gregarious family salute you, congratulate you, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your thinking of us 2417, and for steadfast service and concern for us.

A neighbor friend on mine moved to Sun Grove in the summer of 2012. He asked me to write this review. He loves the place since the new management took over last fall, including new husband and wife General Managers and a new chef. Also, the owners have been spending a lot of money sprucing things up. Looks like I will follow him soon. What I like most about he place is that it doesn't look like an old-age home, but separate independent apartments.
