we think that what your doing to dogs is very immature and that you should save those animals. next time you see an animal on the street take it to a No Kill Shelter and if the animal is in WAY to much pain then leave them at the pound and do what you poiund people do. didnt you guys ever think of that? and whenever the parents a child get arrested or whatever and the kid has to go to a foster family offer for the dog to go with the child. hopefully you guys will require that.
