Front desk staff seems to be poorly trained. They don't look up from their book or computer, and they don't interact. If you have a question, you feel as if you're intruding. Very poor impression for members-to-be. Totally different from the Y at Navarre. They smile, say hello, and even say goodbye!!! The manager at the Palafox Y needs to get his act together and get some basic courtesy going here!
