A great place to workout. The owner/manager(s) are friendly and make you feel like family. They offer yoga and boot camp workouts which are lead by qualified personal trainers that keep you motivated and coming back for more. The workouts are intense making the steam room a nice place to rest and rejuvenate and you can keep that Florida tan with one of the several tanning beds. Thanks Ed Weihenmayer, Stan Telatovich and Jake. Your are the best!
