Don't trust them! They don't deserve a triple B rating. They lie about their mistakes. They accepted a fur coat for long term storage, and must have miss-ticketed the coat as being there for cleaning, which I never would have asked for since I had no need for it to be cleaned. The owner claims they sent the coat to another company for cleaning and that I never picked it up. Why would I pick up a fur coat I took for long term cold storage two weeks later, when it was MAY? They say they don't even accept cold storage, which they never told me. I was there two weeks later to pick up my regular dry cleaning, but they never mentioned that I had a fur coat there for pick up any of the other times I was there. I continued to think it was in LONG TERM COLD Storage because I never heard from them. They then donated my coat because I never picked it up!!! And they NEVER CALLED or I would have picked it up. Don't trust Vicks Cleaners - go to Exclusive Cleaners on 9th and Fairfield!
