Don't trust Vicks at all! Terrible customer service. I took my fur coat there for long term storage but they must have ticketed it incorrectly to be cleaned instead. The owner said it was sent out to a specialty company and cleaned, and that I never picked it up. He CLAIMS he called me three times yet he never did. The manager said the coat NEVER LEFT THE PREMISES. Since I know the owner is lying about trying to call me, I feel he is lying about the rest of it. They ended up donating my coat!!! Why didn't they tell me the coat was waiting for pickup when I was there to pick up other cleaning. Logically, I would have picked the coat up since I was there, had I known that it was there and NOT IN COLD STORAGE. Don't trust them. Take your items to Exclusive Cleaners on 9th and Fairfield. They are professional and honest!!! 850-438-0434.
