I went through what I thought was the drive through lane, because it circles the whole building but apparently you have to get in line from the parking lot. So this guy comes out to take the order of everyone in line and tells me I'm not in the right line. At first, of course, I tried to get in line, but backed up after he said that. So, a few cars later someone tells me to "go ahead", which I do, I get to the window and this entitled little punk tells me he will let me get away with it this time, but not to do it again (like he's talking to a 3 year old). I say, "someone let me go", and he says "yeah, because you forced your way in." But no, I didn't, I had actually backed up!!! So, I say "the line looks like the drive through because it circles the building", he says "ya know what give me the food back" hands me the card and says have a nice day. Well, of course I told him he is an ass, which he was from the word go. So....if you go there be sure to get in the right line. I will never go back and since that was my very first experience with Tops in Pensacola I will be sure to tell everyone I know about it!!! Btw, I've worked in the restaurant business for 20 years.
