We bought a fridge for $3000. A week and a half later, it broke down. Though the salesperson said we had 60 days to return, we now have to deal with LG. They said they will only take the fridge if it is working. So a $3000 useless box in our kitchen. HD does not back their products

Sunday Mother's Day my sister and I were at Home Depot 9 mile at 8 as they just opened we needed a lawn mower and weed eater a gentleman was by the weed eaters and asked if we needed any help ,we wanted another battery plus string so he got us that . Battery was on other side of store so he took us way other there and showed us the best deal. He went and got a big cart and went back to mowers and loaded that up we offered to take the cart as we wanted to look at lounge chairs outside as we knew he had other calls . He went out side with us and loaded those up plus said he would match Targets price. Which I am sure Home Depot chairs are better quality ! As we got up front we weren't sure we had room for all he offered to bring it right over in a truck if we couldn't get it all in ! We got it all in everything works great the mower he recommended is fantastic . I was in retail at a competition for 16 years and that is something you don't see anyone as far as customer service ! Home Depot has always been great we have windows doors,water system , appliances , I could keep on they stand by everything ! We believe it was there manager that helped us and we want to say Thank you because where we retired from are management trust me would very rare to do this! Thanks the
