first and foremost, I love my hair cuts that I got the 2 times I've been there. My negative comments are that both times when I went there NO ONE ever greeted me...the third time I was bringing my mother and we sat for over 10 minutes before someone asked if we had an appointment, I said yes and told her who we were seeing....no one bothered to tell her we were there so after 15 minutes passed our appointment, we left. Today I had an appointment and was asked after about 5 minutes of sitting there, who I was waiting for and when I told her, I was told she was in the back...again NO ONE bothered to tell her I was there. She did come out and got a lady from under the dryer and sat her in the chair so I left. I will now be finding a new hair salon where hopefully they make you feel welcomed.....this salon has a big sign that says walk ins welcome, but even with an appointment I never felt welcomed.

I haven't had my haircut in a year because the last lady totally messed it up so bad she wasn't paying attention taking big chunks out of my hair and a layering my hair upside down! She works at Cuts by Us, I had really long hair naturally curly and when I left she had cut my hair at my neck and just did a very bad job so it has taken me a year to get it to a length I can deal with! Now with that said I was introduced and told about Suntouch a hair salon by my best friend Tammy and I absolutely loved itI had to wait a little bit because they were busy but it was well worth the wait my hair is gorgeous and I will recommend them and go back again myself thank you so much for making me proud and happy with my hair once again !

Ms. Vickie was my stylist. She did an amazing job. I love it. She was very sweet. I highly recommend her. If she's not available the other staff is just as friendly & will be happy to help you.
