They let soap suds dry on my car after it left the wash bay. My windshield wiper was lost in the wash bay; no one bothered to let me know. Next day scratched my window when I turned on the wipers. I had a 50% off coupon for a $30 wash. After giving a tip (for what?) of six dollars and buying a new wiper blade for $10 my car wash ended up costing me $32 anyway and the car was still dirty, thanks to the dried on soap suds. Don't go here; use 9th Avenue instead.
