Fast service, great quality work, Family opperated! Love this place my family has been going here for years!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I paid for the repair up-front, and have to go there 3 times. He could not find my shoes, and the 3rd time the shoes were still not repair, I ask for a refund since he didn't fix them and he refused to do it. I end up having to take my shoes somewhere else and paid a lot less. THE OWNER HAS 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't go! Went there today to buy heel for wos high heel shoe. The man at the shop was so argumentative, rude and, frankly, acted like he had a problem. The woman he waited on before me, was treated like she was an idiot.....



Will never go to this store again...I've been a customer for 15 years....didn't recognize the man...must be new owner

complete rip-off. Wanted payment up-front, after 4 trips (5 weeks) could not find my shoes (3 pairs of shoes and 2 Louis Vitton straps) and refused to return the payment.
