Love Shampoochies... And my pups do too !!! They stay very busy though... Which is good ... Unless you need them in quickly.

Called up there to get prices and info on their grooming packages and in the middle of explaining what I was needing for my dogs, the lady interrupted me and handed the phone to another lady who was extremely loud and obnoxious. She asked me what I needed and I told her I was trying to explain to the other lady before she switched me over to her. And she said that that lady had like 3 things she was doing at once.....so I said fine let me just continue with what I was telling her and she hung up on me. So I called back and asked if she hung up on me and she said "EXCUSE ME?!" And I asked her again and she lied and said "No!" And I asked her why she hung up on me and she threw in my face that I was "combative" and that I should find another groomer LOL! Looks like they need to brush up on their manners & customer service instead of just taking people's money :)))))))

P.S. The star rating I gave them was a 0 but this site makes you put at least 1 star...

We have two cocker/retriever mixes who developed knots and tangles as their fur grew out over winter. Some were so close to the skin they were impossible to brush or cut out. Our dogs were also not big fans of our messing with the knots. Rise did an amazing job of removing all knots and tangles. When I picked up our "kids," they looked amazing. The best part is they are happier and more active since they got their new styles. They will definitely be visiting Rose and Shampoochies again.

Unfortunately, the quality of this business has gone downhill over the last few months. The last cut/groom was the breaking point for our family - it was uneven and not smooth. We will be looking for a new groomer now!!

A friend recommended Barbara the owner to groom my mix breed who's hair was out of control. When I picked Tony up after his first grooming session he looked amazing. He was a new dog. He was very well taken care of. I would recommended Shampoochies to anyone who wants their dog groomed. They are very friendly and make your pet feel like one of the family.

Shampoochies is the premier pet grooming and boarding facility in Pensacola. Although the boarding suites are limited, currently they all provide natural. Each suite, like the whole facility is clean and designed for pet comfort. The owner, Barbara, has been in the pet grooming business for 20+ years and has never lost her passion for providing the best grooming experience for both pet and owner. Barbara truly understands that our pets are family members, that we love them and expect the best for them. This philosophy is paramount when hiring staff that must possess a love for pets and a desire for providing quality pet care. Barbara listens when you describe the type of cut, shampoo, or special care (special needs of older pets) you expect for your pet. I can say this because Barbara has been grooming my baby (a toy poodle) and my parents 2 pets for more than 12 years and we have never been disappointed. Our pets get such loving, high quality care that we have followed Barbara from her two previous grooming facilities and are thrilled that she now has her own groom shop. Shampoochies truly is a class act in the pet grooming industry.

I recently moved here from L.A., California and Shampoochies is the nicest facility I have ever been in. It is a very animal friendly environment, you can tell the staff TRUELY love the pets. I love their live in kitty named Pockets she is very sweet. Barbra the groomer did an exceptional job on my little SweetiePie ( my 1 year old Cocker Spaniel) I noticed their new boarding area and SweetiePie cant wait for her Vacation with them. I would recommend Shampoochies to everybody!
