Renee is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, unethical, rude,etc. businesses owner I have EVER encountered.To start,very friendly on first visit (how she gets you) She spoke highly of herself,stated several times that she PERSONALLY makes these dresses, I tell you this b/c of what happened later.After leaving her shop the day I signed the contact(Jan) she said she would be in contact, etc-5-6-17wedding day_Approx. April 12th, I contacted the store,I had heard NOTHING from there since Jan, to check on the status.no one answered,I called Renee's cell-no answer. Left messages-no return call. 2 days later and an assistant answered,informed me the dress was not in yet, they did not know when it would be in,Renee was out of office, they would call me back when they researched things?!About 20 days before wedding.Never got a call back!!-Few days later i got in contact with Renee-she informed me she doesn't know why they said they'd call me back because they don't call clients back-OK?! She informed me the dress wasn't in but she'd check on the status,she would be out of town for 6 weeks-which means-she would not be making my dress, as the dress was not here 20 days before the wedding/she was out of town for 6 wks.-I questioned her, she told me her personal life was not my business.As a client,if you claim to make your dresses,I'm paying more for that service then yes, it's my business (my opinion) I went to try on the unfinished product, she of course was not there, we had to have her on speaker phone during my fitting. Her assistants were told not to speak to us or answer any questions that we asked.I asked to meet with her face2face, she said it wasn't possible nor necessary.She stated to me that in her contract it doesnt state she has to communicate with me, it says to make a dress. I can't make this up!! I have not seen her-the business owner-person who claims to have made my dress-since Jan when I signed the contact. She is a con-artist and sadly is proud of it!
