Buyer Beware!Total misrepresentation of the product. Everything we tried was too tough to eat, the worse cuts of beef we ever ate. Even the so called filets and ribeyes were tough. You are much better off buying your meat in the supermarket. Will not give you a refund, they will only exchange for more of the same tough meat. That should tell you right there that they don't stand behind their product. I would have made out better if i gambled the $369.00 I spent for this crap. At least then I might have had some enjoyment out of it

I disagree with the other reviews. We had the filet mignon tonight and it was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every bite. I might be reviewing early because that’s all we’ve tried since we got it today, hopefully I won’t be disappointed.

I purchased meat from Dwayne White. He assured me that the meat is guaranteed for a year and if I wasn't satisfied in any way, he would make it right. Not only was the meat mostly gristle, it made my family extremely ill. I've called him several times and he does not return my calls. The phone number to the store is just a generic voice mail and nobody has returned my call from that number either. Do not purchase from this guy or this company.

So I was weary about the price, it is very expensive even though they try to fool you into thinking you are saving so much. So the seller offered to throw in a box of chicken for free. I said okay and swiped my card. Then he took the box of chicken he promised me and ran.. Literally. I called the company and left a message and haven't heard back since.

I bought a box of Big and thick pack steaks from Dwayne White in Pensacola FL and when I cooked them they were tough. One NY steak had so much grissel I could only eat half of it. As I cooked the steaks I could watch the grissel form. 2 of the steaks packaging was torn and leaked in my refrigerator when I thawed them. At first I thought maybe I cooked the steaks wrong. I gave my friend a few steaks to try. She said she had the same problem. I called Dwayne to tell him of the problem. After all he said the quality of the meat was guaranteed for 1 year. Dwayne said he would exchange them the following day. He never showed up and when I called him back and left a message, he never returned my call. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! IT IS A SCAM!
